TWINLINX was created in 2006 and is managed by Jacek Kowalski, founder and former CEO of INSIDE Secure, with the vision that the advent of NFC technology, combined with the explosion of mobile phone services, will create very significant business opportunities, principally around contactless applications including mobile payment, transport, retail, health care and other market verticals.

The lack of NFC phones and complex business ecosystem has meant that NFC has not lived up to expectations leading to no consumer take-up and no market growth. TWINLINX realized that for the NFC Market to develop a solution is needed which is independent of this complex environment and applicable to both existing and new phones.  We developed MyMax, a thin electronic sticker with full NFC capability which allows to add NFC capability to any Bluetooth mobile phone.

The first generation of MyMax was launched on the market in the second half of 2010 and in November 2011 TWINLINX introduces its new MyMax2 sticker version with highly improved functionalities and user experience for volume deployments in 2012.

TWINLINX is based in Aix-en-Provence in the South of France, an area of outstanding natural beauty, the birth place of the smart card industry and a great place for ideas that will stick for long time.
